I have used Leader Construction extensively over many years. They have renovated bathrooms, done roof work, painting, plumbing, have brought in top-notch subs for electrical, and so many other types of jobs. The quality of their work is wonderful. Gregory, who owns the company is extremely reliable and pleasant. He enjoys great relationships with his clients because he cares about their needs, their timeline, the quality of the work, and repeat business. He goes the extra mile. Leader Construction and his team are incredible to work with. Gregory has been loyally working with us on both huge jobs as well as small. Gregory worked extremely well with our talented (and nitpicky) architect to beautifully renovate our TriBeCa loft. He undertook a partial gut-renovation, which was a difficult task in a small building with little extra space to work in. He carefully expanded windows, and installed split-AC in our loft. He was professional and courteous, and he handled us and all of his workers with respect. I trusted Gregory completely, and allowed him to work on his own schedule without anyone from our family home overseeing him. Gregory has done work in our apartment ranging from ripping up the floor and walls, to finishing moldings and delicately painting walls and furniture. He has also hand-finished a gorgeous rustic wooden table for us, and recently he replaced our old and dated radiators with smaller radiators and hand-crafted covers. Currently Gregory is working to update our front shades. I hope to work with him in the future on another wish list project, the renovation of our kitchen.
